If you have any kind of issue with the software we have sold or have a query about using it then you should not hesitate to contact us at support@surersteps.co.uk

We will always try to give a speedy response to any difficulties. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will always offer a refund if you feel that the software does not meet your needs.

To help illustrate some of the aspects of the software we have made some 'clips' of the software being used. You can see that one of the tabs at the top of this page is 'Movies', this will take you to the clips.

Had any problems playing clips in the help sections your software? We should apologise for this. We used third party software to create clips. The software creator has recognised a problem where users download a more recent version of the Flash Player. You may find the clip freezes. To remedy this we will no longer put the clips onto the CDs we sell. Instead we will keep them centrally, on the web site for everyone to access. If you have a particular difficulty accessing part of any software - please do write to us and we will endeavour to post a clip offers help.

Can we install the software from a network?
Unfortunately not. The software is designed to install on single PC's and laptops.

Do we need to pay for extra licenses to put the software
on additional machines?

No. If you are a school you can install the software on as many machines on that site as you want.
