<h1 class="style2">About Surer Steps LLP</h1>
<p>Surer Steps LLP was established in August 2005. We are a  			partnership of two Educational Psychologists, Nick Owens and James  			Bane and between us have taught in both primary and secondary  			school.</p>
<p>We have over 15 year's joint experience between us as  			Educational Psychologists, covering a range of provisions -  			mainstream, enhanced resource and special schools. We have worked  			with youngsters at nursery, primary and secondary levels.  			</p>
<p>We are strongly committed to trying to support  			educational professionals and youngsters particularly in the domain  			of behaviour. Difficult behaviour is usually stressful for all  			concerned; school staff, parents and youngsters. It also tends to  			alienate all those affected. </p>
<p>Our focus is primarily on positive approaches towards  			behaviour management and preventative strategies. </p>
<p>We hope to continue to develop the resources we already  			have for schools and to create new ranges of products. As a small  			enterprise we welcome any feedback you would like to make.</p>
